Alfred Utility Pack and Aiden Work Bag by Property Of...

Here are two gorgeous bags from the latest Property Of... collection. Chic, understated and made from quality materials - what more can you ask for?

Constructed out of oiled, heavily grained leather, the Aiden Work Bag is both stylish and functional.
The padded compartment fits a 15" laptop and even has enough space for folders, books and more. Meanwhile, the adjustable shoulder strap comes with an in-tone shoulder pad.
The Alfred Work bag is the brand's take on the classic "briefcase meets backpack". It's constructed from waxed cotton with a sturdy leather base.
The bag also features an easy access zip pocket, while the interior features a padded 15" laptop sleeve, as well as storage pockets.

A Closer Look: Property Of... Amsterdam

Property Of... is more than just a bag and accessory brand. Its flagship boutique, located in a picturesque neighbourhood in Amsterdam, is a lifestyle destination that serves up strong espressos and tasty croissants, alongside a well-curated range of magazines that customers are free to peruse. It's no surprise then that the boutique sports a look that can be mistaken for a French brasserie - tiled floors, a solid wooden bar, mirrored walls, as well as perfectly weathered benches and stools.

An incongruous concept you might say? Not quite. In Singapore, where the brand is originally from, the retail ideals of the company is "influenced and shaped by the culture of cafes which it owns and operates (PS. Cafe)... the daily changing cast of characters, the activities, events and 'life' that unfolds within an urban oasis are a constant source of ideas and inspiration."

Shipley & Halmos Mens Shoes and Accessories S/S '12

Beautiful totes and backpacks perfect for a day out in the city.

More bags. I personally like the white one with the leather trim.

The future's so bright, you've got to wear shades. Personal pick would be the tortoise shell pair on the lower left corner.

Put your best foot forward with these leather lace-ups in tan, black and navy.

And the finishing touch to your Spring-Summer 2012 look? These gorgeous leather belts. Isn't that green one a beauty?

A.P.C. Fall 2011 Shoes & Accessories

It's no secret that I am in LOVE with A.P.C. I can go on and on about the fantastic fit of their clothes and the understated elegance it comes with.

But clothing aside, A.P.C.'s accessories and footwear are equally fantastic. Despite their extreme simplicity, there is that unmistakable French appeal that not everyone can master.

The offerings from the Fall 2011 collection (pictured above) make me want to head down to the boutique and hoard. Unfortunately, I don't think all of them are available at the Singapore boutique yet. I popped by last Saturday and majority of the things on display were from last season (sale is still ongoing 30-50% off), albeit a small section of the boutique had a few pieces from the collection. Those Gucci-esque loafers and messenger bags are on the top of my must-have list.
